Also Eligible 6/27 – Stephen Foster Day at Churchill Downs

It’s the end of the Churchill Downs meet and we have a blockbuster race in the Stephen Foster at Churchill Downs. It’s a short field of five after Saffie Joseph scratched his two outsiders from the race. But we still have Sovereignty, Baeza, White Abarrio and Magnitude all in the race in what looks like a matchup of epic proportions.

Since rain will be a factor on Saturday, Joe will look at the other stakes races at Churchill with the Fleur de Lis, which is a race for older fillies and mares going a mile and an eighth, and the Bango Stakes for three year olds and up going six and a half furlongs.

Also, Joe will give final thoughts on TVG/FanDuel Racing officially going into phase two of their phase out, and the closing of Aqueduct Racetrack this weekend.
